Please join us August 5th at 6:30 pm at the Racine Elementary School to make your views on American Municipal Power's proposed pulverized coal plant heard to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
11 July 2008 - Action Alert! Demand fair citizen hearings on AMP Ohio Coal Power Plant!
The Ohio EPA has combined the permits on two separate permit applications for the AMP Ohio pulverized coal power plant. Combining these application permit hearings is an injustice to community members as it cuts comment time in half, and does not allow the full 30-day comment period for each application.
